International Student Residence
Dormy Hachioji-Otsuka
As of April 2026, “Dormy Hachioji-Otsuka” will be newly built as an international student residence. We offer a safe and comfortable living environment for every student with daily breakfast and dinner, live-in dormitory managers, a fully furnished private room, and various shared facilities.
One of the floors will be designated for
Tokyo Metropolitan University students only in October 2026.

Working in partnership with approximately 1,300 universities and colleges across Japan, the company develops and operates student dormitories nationwide.
